In Stock items
In stock items are dispatched within 72 hours of cleared payment on business days. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped out within 72 hours. We do not guarantee same day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Backorders
BIWAA strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available will be refunded once your order is processed. This may take 1-2 business days to reappear on your bank or credit card statement. If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit Biwaa.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).
All items are dispatched using express couriers, such as but not limited to DHL/FEDEX/UPS/EMS. Delivery times vary between 3-15 days worldwide.
In the event nobody is home when our courier attempts to delivery your item a notification shall be left to re-arrange delivery. If delivery is missed again and the item is returned back to us you will be liable to pay delivery charges again.
For all deliveries, if any taxes and custom fees occur, they will be at the customer’s expense, and will be asked for at the time of the delivery. (The amount will be calculated once the goods arrive in customs).
Woo Lighting does not manage the tax refund. You can either contact the customs directly or have the delivery made to the asked address.
In this case, the invoice will be included with the parcel and a copy of the invoice will also be available in the customer’s account on the website.
